What is one resource students should know about? Writer's Corner

Favorite class and why?  One of my favorite classes is weightlifting. For me, walking into the gym can be a little intimidating, especially since I didn't really know techniques and how to do the exercises correctly. In this class, only you and about 10 other students are in the fitness center which removes the intimidation factor a bit and the fact that machines/weights are being used. In addition, Professor Shellmire is super approachable and willing to help you with any exercise. Personally, I didn't know how to deadlift or bench press, which are two exercises I've improved on.

What should people bring and what should they NOT bring?  Should bring: smile (to look approachable), headphones, fridge (can be a hassle though), recreational stuff (ball, spikeball, board games, etc.), swimwear, shower sandals (don't risk it!), first aid kit, medicine (NyQuil, vitamins, etc.), lamp (if you plan on doing some studying in your room), power strip, snacks (whatever you like). Should NOT bring: Your entire closet worth of clothes (closet space is limited), candles, large furniture, the high school mindset (take what you'd like from that one), gaming consoles (they keep you in your room when you can be out meeting people).
