Biography/Details

Dr. Fontes earned master and doctorate degrees in Mechanical Engineering at the Federal University of Uberlandia, Brazil. His main goal is to promote impactful teaching and research in multiphase and thermal flows. Dr. Fontes has published relevant studies about thermal performance improvement through nanofluids, gas-liquid interface problems, plume surface interactions, and droplet dispersion. As a teacher, he wants to inspire students to use their technical skills, gifts, and creativity to benefit others.
